A box arrived today with two new MDAs! Despite what the LetsTalk email stated, it had apparently shipped on Monday as the lady said it would most likely do.
You've already read the review of the MDA so I'll spare you the pictorial op-ed.
The $64,000 question is this... Did this new MDA have any reception and slow network registration problems?

Just as we suspected, it's neither a MDA hardware issue (maybe the antenna's weak, but that's a different issue from its confusion on the T-Mobile network) nor is it a sim chip issue. It could very well be WM5 or firmware at this point. But if this is the case, shouldn't the SDA or other WM5 devices have this issue? If not, then we could say that it's a firmware problem.
And as usual, we're back to where we started...
